Joe Montgomery passed away late last week of a heart attack. Joe was a fixture in the collision reconstruction field for many years. He worked a lot of criminal defense cases.

I know he had some current cases open. If you had a manslaughter case coming up with him as a defense expert it would follow the defense attorney may be asking for a continuance in the near future.

Joe was on the other side of me probably more than any other reconstructionist. Even though he was on the defense side, we always remained friends. I will miss him.
