I'm prosecuting a Solicitation of Capital murder where an Indian wife tried to hire several folks to murder her husband. She is relying on Dr. Thorne for risk assessment and Dr. Rana for a cultural analysis (divorce brings shame in Indian culture). Curious whether anyone has dealt with either witness. Thanks!
