Has anyone dealt with James Booker testifying on the effects (or lack of effects)of drugs (prescription drugs, particularly)in a DWI or Intox. Assault/Manslaughter case? I've dealt with him on blood alcohol before, not drugs. Also, anyone have a recent CV on him? The one I have is 7 years old.
