We are preparing a toddler murder case in Johnson County Texas alleging physical abuse. The defense brought Joanna L. Collins from Linus Consulting group in San Antonio to look at the medical evidence. She has a Master of Forensic Science and seems to have spent most of her time as an investigator with The United States Air Force Office of Special Investigations.
