Anyone got any tips on Dr. William Lee Carter. He may testify about "diminished capacity" in a non-death capital case.........

I've never seen him testify, but I know that he has an excellent reputation as a fair witness in the Waco area. He does both State and defense work. I've spoken with him about testifying as an expert witness in child sexual abuses cases.

We frequently use Dr. Carter in Travis County for Child Sexual Abuse cases. He has been consulted by a number of defense attorneys here as well, but I am not aware of him actually testifying for them. Juries like him and frequently remark on his professional demeanor.
