Anyone know a well versed expert that can testify to grooming behaviors by the suspect and the resulting acting out sexually (and other common behaviors) by the victim?

Dr. William Lee Carter, out of Waco, has been the go-to for the offices in this area. He's a really great expert both for consultation and trial testimony.
