I am trying to certify a juvenile to stand trial as an adult for several sex offenses. The defense has notified me that they will be calling Gordon Potter, who leads the Juvenile Sex Offender treatment program at Hays County, as their expert to combat certification. Has anyone ever heard of him or ever dealt with him? Thanks for your help!
