I'm looking for information on John B. Minor. He holds himself out as an expert in Communications, Signals / Intelligence Analyst, Cellular Carrier expert and Lawful Intercept Expert. Defense is using him in our Cap Murder trial next week. I understand that he was once the Mayor in Odessa. Anyone know anything about him? Would love to have a transcript!!
