Our firm hired a medical examiner to offer opinions regarding autopsy and death certificate conclusions for a civil trial in Lubbock. That person is no longer able to serve as an expert, due to personal health issues. Could anyone recommend an expert who would be willing to testify in Lubbock, at deposition and at trial if needed?
