I just got an e-mail from an Ohio prosecutor, who says that a guy by the name of Dr. Rossby, of rossby and Associates in El Paso, may testify in a capital case, perhaps to say that low serotonin levels in the defendant's brain is responsible for his conduct.

Does anyone have any information on Dr. Rossby, or anything that may be helpful?
