I’m an ADA here in Milam County and I’m working with our elected DA Bill Torrey on an Intox. Manslaughter case. It’s set for trial at the end of the month.

We just received notice of the defense’s experts and they are as follows:

1) Gary Wimbish from Milford, TX. He will testify re: blood testing done in the case and probably do a retrograde extrapolation. It’s our understanding that Mr. Wimbish works in the DFW area quite often.

2)David Aguirre from College Station, TX. He will do accident reconstruction from a review of the accident scene and the DPS reconstruction. We don't have any information on this guy at all.

Are any of you familiar with either of these experts?

Any help would be much appreciated.
