Anyone know Leon Chaney (or maybe it's spelled Cheney?), a fingerprint expert? All I know is he's from Waco and used to be a U.S. Marshal. And he's an older man.

Apparently Leon Chaney looked at our print evidence and not only pronounced our expert as "the best guy in the state," but concluded that even a blind man could see that these were the defendant's prints. So they didn't call him.
