Has anyone had a trial during which the defense called Danny Bartel as an expert witness? I hadn't heard of him before, but I have a trial coming up and the defense is planning to call him. All I know is that he is apparently a neurologist from Wichita Fallas - any additional information you may have would be very helpful. Thanks.
