Defendant has a therapist Tena Francis from Little Elm, Texas (which I think is close to Denton). Anyone ever had her testify in a case or know anything about her ?

If this is the same "Tena Francis" I am thinking about she is not really a therapist. I had a death penalty trial in January and the defense attorneys employed her as a "mitigation expert". I never could really figure out just what exactly she does. She did not testify in my case. She was involved in the Resource Center before they lost most of their funding.
