I have a great report on the forensic linguistic analysis for a confession a guy gave in a capital murder case starting November 17. The defense intends to put on an as yet unnamed espert on false confessions, and O'Kelly's analysis will blow them away.

Has anyone ever used Michael O'Kelly? Any cases allowing such expert testimony?

Also, I have only found one case which has been reported on false confession expert testimony - it held it inadmissible. ANyone got anything else?
