Has anyone dealt with Frank Shiller regarding fiber evidence? Looks like he is out of Max Courtney's office.

Frank retired from the Fort Worth PD crime lab after something like 40 years of service. Many of those years he was the crime lab director. After retirement he worked part time with Mr. Max Courtney, also of Fort Worth. Mr. Shiller is a very honest man.
