Has anyone dealt with Sheila Reed, a psychologist at the state hospital at Vernon? I know she testified in a capital competency trial in Montgomery Co. last year. She was formerly in the psych department at the University of North Texas and before that was involved with the U.S. Defense Department's polygraph program at Ft. McClellan, Alabama. I think she is going to be a defense witness in a capital case our office is prosecuting and I would appreciate any information that anyone might have.
