Has anyone had Dr. Thorne testify at one of their trials? He is being called as an expert witness during punishment to establish that the defendant is in a low risk category for reoffending (although based on our conversation most sex offenders would be in a low risk category for reoffending). I would appreciate any information anyone has on him, thanks.
