I see you were looking for information on Randall Dodd. I am also trying to find documentation for his deposition coming up next week on a case involving a van rollover on wet roads. We were just set for trial and began taking expert depositions.

I do not have anything yet, but have requested transcripts from various attorneys listed in IDEX.

Randy Dodd is a past president of TAARS (Texas Association of Accident Reconstruction Specialists) He has taught several courses in the field at the Houston Police Acadamy in the past. I think his business is mostly in the Houston area and would think someone from the Harris County DAs office should know him. I would try Warren Dieprom (sp). I thought Warren had a case with him in the past, but not positive.
