I have been asked (last minute) to give a presentation to a group training to work as volunteer advocates for abuse/assault victims. I don't regularly handle sexual assault cases, so I wondered if anyone has an outline or resources I could use to get a good overall review to present to them. The topic/subjects to be covered are:
Laws related to sexual assault
Legal resources/remedies
Victim's Bill of Rights.
I have 1 to 1.5 hours to talk.
