Our county uses Odyssey Navigator and I feel like we are in the dark ages. Our IT dept. refuses to unlock what seem like some basic features of the program.

I'm curious for those that run some form of Odyssey how you Efile? Odyssey has the ability to efile directly from Attorney Manager including original filings like a complaint/information to open a new case. Does anyone use this? We have to use the web portal which is very tedious and we are printing our complaints/informations and hand delivering them to the court clerk.

I'm hoping I can point out to our IT dept. that other counties have figured this out so they should also.
