Assuming anybody actually pays their fines...where does the fine go...what is the actual break down...who gets what...is there any law to take a look at??? Thanks

Don't the fines go to the general fund of the county? This has traditionally been my assumption since commissioners court has always been in favor of county courts being revenue sources.

Beyond that, you might ask a district or county clerk.

The fines got to the county general fund. The court costs get distributed to several different places.
