My county judge is telling me i need to file a monthly report per 114.043 local gov code, with the commissioners for all fines, imposed and collected, judgments collected or jury fees collected.

as a County Attorney, the only thing i collect are fees on hot checks. it appears that may not be what this statute is for.

has anyone else dealt with this?
