Apparently, a Harris County court issued a TRO enjoining the Harris County Sherriff from collecting the bail bond fees that would fund prosecutor longevity pay & set a hearing on the matter. Does anyone know the outcome of this case? Also, is TDCAA getting involved (amigo brief, etc)?

The hearing on the temporary restraining order is set for a hearing tomorrow. TDCAA is involved, but the Attorney General is the lead defendant.
