Does anyone have a copy of an order under for examination regarding fitness to proceed under 51.20 that I could borrow? Also, related forms/motions/orders (if handy) might be helpful. We are a very small jurisdiction and this is the first time I've had to deal with a juvenile with real mental health/mental retardation issues. Thanks in advance for any help.
