I am fairly new to this office and apparently under my predecessors cases did not go to trial for one reason or another... my judge is requesting that I turn in a jury charge by tomorrow and I have absolutely NOTHING to work off of. Can anyone lend a hand? This is a possession of a controlled substance penalty group III in a drug free zone, but really I can work off of any juvenile jury charge.
