Kid has illegal knife in the classroom.
Am I reading 46.11(b) correct in that you can't enhance UCW (46.02) to State Jail b/c in Weapons Free Zone if it's ub\nder 46.03(a)(1) so just file it under 46.03(a)(1) Place where Weapon Prohibited - 3rd deg.? I think I've confused myself b/c I'm unsure of the difference.
Is the difference being inside the building vs. near the building (near being the Zone?)
