I have a pending juvenile murder case. Juvenile was 16 (almost 17) at the time of the offense. We would like to certify him as an adult. There have been two psychological evaluations done, one by the juvenile probation department and one by the defense team. Our Expert is Rosemary Thompson out of Georgetown. Their expert is Chelsea McCann from Houston. Does any one have any experience with either of these two ladies?
