Has anyone had a situation where you are wanting to transfer a juvenile case to the Alternate Juvenile Court without the Child's consent. In our case, we are seeking to transfer the felony case due to wanting the case to be heard before a Judge that is an attorney due to the nature of the offense. Our defendant is a child younger than 14 years of age and her attorney did not agree to the transfer. Are we not able to transfer the case without her consent? Pls help!! thanks | ||
