Juvenile was adj and disposed before my days here--in November of 2007. The agreement was probation until the juvenile's 18th birthday, but the dispo order says for 13 months or the juvenile's 18th birthday, and thirteen months was not long enough to get there. Does this error seem clerical, that I could fix with a nunc pro tunc? If not, what are the other alternatives? The child has now been modified to TYC and TYC is insisting on fixing the old judgment--even though there is a new dispo that says TYC, and even the 13 months, had that been the correct time was within the time of the revocation. | ||
