I am hearing alot of information indicating total and complete upheaval that is resulting in "unjustified" mass firings and virtual disfunction within the system resulting in an unsafe and non-professional environment. My information is coming from parents, interacting agencies, contractors, and TYC employees.

Does anyone have any incite into when stabilization and functionality will return?
