We're in the process of trying to come up with a valid and enforceable contempt order that our JPs and Municipal Judges can use to refer cases to our office and to Juvenile Probation in order that petitions may be filed in District Court (our juvenile court). Does anyone have a particular form they use for these contempt orders.

Sharon Pruitt of the Gregg County DA's office (Longview, Texas) wrote a great article on contempt proceedings for the Juvenile Law Conference Several years ago.

Her paper (including forms) is available online at: http://www.juvenilelaw.org/Articles/ContemptProceedings.pdf

Go to TMCEC.com, hit the link to the new forms book, go to the juvenile chapter. I'm not sure we have exactly what you nedd, but it may make a decent resource.
