The Navy wants info from our CAs office and local law enforcement about someone who has signed a waiver to disclose his juvenile history. What can be disclosed?

1) The Navy gets a Motion to Release records signed by the juvenile court judge (see 58.007 TFC) or 2) The Navy can request such info directly from DPS (see 58.106 TFC) If you are feeling really generous and have nothing else to do then you can file the Motion to Release Records for the Navy. I generally do this for them as most of our kids could benefit from some time in the military I'll be glad to send you the motion I use. I just file it with the juvi's military consent form attached as Exhibit A.
