Facts:
Juvenile gets 24mo probation for indecency with child by contact

Required to register

Subsequent indecency charge and indictment as an adult

Assume non compliance with registration and/or violations of conditions of registration (second victim was thirteen years old)

If he violates registration conditions does he get treated as a juvenile (22 y/o at time of second offense)

If he was an adult when he committed the registration violations, then he would be prosecuted as an adult. He would be prosecuted as a juvenile only if he violated the registration requirements while under 17.
