I have a discretionary transfer hearing set next week. This is admittedly not a "essential" proceeding per the OCA guidelines, but I am loath to cancel it because we have had heck getting the juvenile-respondent located and served with a summons.

My question is, if his attorney and I sign an agreed order resetting this matter for a later date, could I still get a capias on this guy if he fails to appear? We are now back to having a hard time getting a good address.
