I need to know if I can use a juvenile misdemeanor adjudication to enhance an adult misdemeanor offense to a state jail felony. The offense is Interference with Emergency Request for Assistance. Tex. Penal Code §42.062(c).

No. An adjudication is not a conviction so it will not serve to enhance. You may be able to use it in the punishment phase.
