Has anyone run into the issue of what happens to deferred sex registration on a determinate sentence probation case when it is transferred to adult probation? We've run into this recently and cannot find any provision in the CCP to allow the adult courts to continue with this deferred registration. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I thought this section covered that. Court that originates deferral order retains jurisdiction until the end of the sex offender treatment then if no hearing w/in the appropriate time period, there is no registration.
