We have a juvenile alleged to have committed a sexual assault. Juvenile is related to victim. No placement for temporary detention is available, so EPO is being considered. QUESTION: Can the EPO be entered into TLETS / EPO database? QUESTION 2: Is use of pseudonym permitted (or am I asking for trouble when there is an alleged violation of the EPO and violator claims he didn't know who the pseudonym person actually was)?
