Hi everyone; this question just came up for us and I was hoping one of y'all could help. I don't see anything in the Family Code that specifically addresses whether juvenile sex offender registration hearings must be heard by the District judge, or whether the associate judge/master can conduct those hearings. The code just refers to "the court" or "the juvenile court". I'm scouring Lexis for case law, but haven't found anything yet. Does anyone know? Thanks! Monica Valdez Dallas County ADA | ||
