I am preparing a class on digital evidence for this summer. It will cover obtaining, using and presenting this sort of evidence to a jury.

I was wondering if anyone had a case in which interesting digital evidence was obtained and possibly used in trial that you would be willing to share.

We have plenty of cases with digital images retrieved from computers of defendants. Is this what you are looking for?
