Has anyone ever had Mary ann Conroy testify for the Defense in a capital case. She's supposed to be an expert on prison conditions?

It is Mary Alice Conroy, Ph.D. She is a faculty member at Sam Houston and was with the Federal Bureau of Prisons for 25 years or so, and evaluated every high-profile offender in recent memory. She was also on the work-group that re-designed 46B and 46C.
