Any cases involving ID Theft by Cuban Nationals who are cloning credit cards using stolen account numbers?

We know there are cases in the following jurisdictions: Orange County, Live Oak(mine), Pflugerville, Round Rock, Kyle, Bastrop, Gonzales, Bulverde and Travis County.
