This is a topic which LE is starting to use more and more. The FAA is starting to catch up with the LE policies and guidelines for their use in a regulation manner. My question is more aimed towards us in the investigative and prosecution side of this. Has anyone had an agency submit a search warrant which you are willing to share with me. Or has anyone had a case filed where a drone was used as part of the LE evidentiary case file. Agencies are in the beginning stages here of using them and I would just like to get out ahead of this for our office and also the judges in our area. No one seems to have an answer for me so far.
