I am looking for someone who has been involved in presenting large amounts of financial documents in court. We have one coming up and could use some pointers on presentation.

TRE 1006 allows for the introduction of written summaries of voluminous documents into evidence.

Also, using an ELMO or Powerpoint to draw jurors' attention to the important portions of documents is useful.
