Does anyone have a form / agreement for co-defendants wishing to testify against another co-defendant other than the plea bargain? Meaning... We have a defendant who we wish to give probation in exchange for their testimony against a repeat offender on the same case of Burglary of a hab... If anyone knows of an agreement or document that would be useful to me, please send me an email.
