So, we've had a brief come in on PDR.
Opposing counsel electronically served our elected DA rather than the appellate section.
Does anyone know how to have the efile.gov people (or whatever it's actually called) default all email service to a specified email address and not to our elected DA?
Here's the answer for the 14th (so probably the 1st and hopefully the CCA):
Write the Clerk a letter designating the person who should receive service for all of your county's cases. Include his/her email and the clerk should be able to set it for efile service.
