I am trying to compile data on the number of post-conviction DNA test requests fielded by prosecutors across the state. For those I have not called or emailed yet, or those who have not replied yet, consider this another avenue for responses.

Specifically, I'm looking for the total # of requests and what stage of the process those requests are at (testing denied/granted, results, still pending in court, etc.). I'm also happy to hear any anecdotes or horror stories you may have about abuses of the new law.
