Does anyone know a reliable (hopefully inexpensive or free) website showing what issues are pending in the Supreme Court? Both Law.com and Findlaw's lists are way out of date. To be expected, I guess, since the owners of those sites don't want them to compete with paid legal research.

I have been looking too. It would be perfect if the SCOTUS had their own issues granted site along the lines of the CCA's. I wonder if someone in the AG's capital litigation section can help out? http://docket.medill.northwestern.edu/archives/002315.php [URL=http://docket.medill.northwestern.edu/archives/002315.php]http://docket.medill. Thanks for the UT list David. That was exactly what I had been looking for-- the pick of the bunch so far.

This is a decent site: http://www.supremecourtus.gov/orders/05grantednotedlist.html although you have to click through to get the issues. They granted these two this week of interest to Crawford enthusiasts: http://www.supremecourtus.gov/qp/05-05224qp.pdf http://www.supremecourtus.gov/qp/05-05705qp.pdf This site is also good once the opinions start coming out: http://www.scotusblog.com

I also tried the legal information institute sight out of Cornell but it seemed like it was gone. None of the links I found to it worked.
