We can probably thank Vickie Lynn Marshall for showing us a lot of things (that might not otherwise have been visible). But, the opinion in her case also includes some wonderful phrases for legal writing, such as "pathmarking pronouncement" and "misty understandings" and "not a model of clear statement". And to think, someone once said a court could not write a will for someone-- well a federal bankruptcy court can (so long as it is called a judgment in tort)! | ||
