I could use some help in wording a proposed order to an Art 5 Tex Const Writ.
The body of my Order just states that the Court after reviewing the Application, State's Response and Court's file, "refuses to issue a writ under Article 5, section 8 of the Texas Constition."
What else, if anything do I need to add to this?

Maybe nothing if you want to avoid any indication that the writ was heard on the merits. See Ex parte Hargett, 819 sw2d 866 (cca 91).
